Authorities in Kansas City, Missouri are investigating after three deceased people were found in the backyard of a home in a quiet Northland neighborhood Tuesday.
A woman looking for her fiancé made the gruesome discovery of a body on the back porch of a home on NW 83rd Terrace and Waukomis Drive at around 10 p.m.
Officers discovered two other bodies once they arrived at the scene. They said there were no obvious signs of foul play and that the victims were shot to death.
Residents said the home was rented by a man about six months ago noting that there was never any suspicious activity at the home.
“Sad obviously, I didn’t know them, I didn’t know if all three of those people lived there,” one said.
“Nothing like this has ever happened before, I’m wracking my brain trying to think about any scandals going on,” another added.
