A Florida mother was arrested earlier this month after she allegedly filmed herself abusing her infant daughter and sent the video to her child’s dad.
Reyanna Icilma Thomas, 22, complained about how she is “struck with this thing until she dies” referring to the 2-month-old girl, North Miami Police said.
The man alerted police at around 6:20 p.m. on January 6, showing an officer the video of his ex-girlfriend beating the child while “yelling and cursing,” authorities said.
The mother also allegedly threatened to punch the girl “dead in the face” calling her expletives.
“I’m stuck with this thing until she dies,” the woman texted the dad. “It makes me so sick that she doesn’t have a different father and I can’t love her because she had a part of you.”
Thomas was arrested and charged with one count of felony child abuse.
