Alabama man charged with murder after fatal crash kills 2 people during police chase

An Alabama man was charged with murder after he allegedly led police on a chase resulting in a crash that killed two innocent people Thursday.

Wesley T. McKinnon, 20, was trying to elude cops when he crashed his Kia Forte head-on into a car killing 98-year-old Aron C. Haynes.

    McKinnon was hospitalized following the collision. He was arrested upon his release from hospital and charged with two counts of reckless murder.

    Courts documents revealed that McKinnon was already facing similar charges in connection to a 2021 accident that left a woman dead before the latest fatal accident.
