Florida mom-of-5 kills ex’s girlfriend; leads police on chase with kids in car

Authorities in Florida arrested a mother-of-five who led them on a chase with her children in the car after killing her ex’s girlfriend on Christmas Day.

Cops chased 38-year-old Amanda Marie Janzen for 13 miles from Gainesville to Alachua.

The suspect allegedly shot her ex-boyfriend and killed his new girlfriend during a custody exchange outside a drugstore on December 25.

    While being chased by police, Janzen allegedly called 911 confessing to the crime as children yelled in the background.

    Janzen was charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and child neglect.
