A New York City woman was killed this week during an argument with her teen tenant over unpaid rent, authorities said.
Davi Vidal, 19, was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder hours after the body of 55-year-old Leo Zoraida was found inside her East Elmhurst home.

First responders pronounced the woman dead at that the scene shortly after 5:15 p.m.
Police said she had scratches on her face when she was found but did not specify how she was killed. Her death is being investigated as a homicide.
It is believed the fatal altercation was over unpaid rent. Vidal was a tenant of the victim.
