A Texas teen is dead and another is behind bars following a tragic shooting that left a 17-year-old girl dead on Thanksgiving weekend.
Hannah Layton’s single mother revealed that her child died instantly after she was “shot in her baby brain.”

“This is my daughter, my only daughter,” the grieving mother said adding that she doesn’t know anything about the teen suspect.
The 16-year-old boy is now in juvenile detention. He was the one to call the police after allegedly shooting Hannah in the back of the head at the Crestwood Drive home.
“I want justice for my daughter. I want justice. Justice will be served,” the devastated mother said.
