Teen, 18, indicted for stabbing death of another teen outside San Antonio restaurant

A Texas teen was indicted on Thursday over the fatal stabbing that claimed another teen’s life last April.

The two young men, both 18, were caught on April 4 entering a restaurant across the street from a high school where at least one of them studied.

At some point, suspect Jesus San Miguel told Joshua Eugene Kinnaman something that made him furious.

  • The pair left the restaurant and started to fight before San Miguel pulled out a gun from his backpack and threatened Kinnaman.

    The victim saw the knife but still charged at San Miguel with his fists. He was eventually stabbed in the torso.

    San Miguel fled the scene while Kinnaman went back inside the eatery asking for help. He died at the hospital.

    The suspect was arrested two days after the attack. He was charged with murder and could face life in prison if convicted.
