Missing Texas woman’s body found in boyfriend’s refrigerator

A Texas woman’s body was discovered in her boyfriend’s refrigerator Sunday, more than five months after her mother reported her missing to McKinney police.

Officers discovered Heather Schwab’s body after her mother told detectives that Chad Stevens may have killed her and buried her in the backyard of his home.

    Before searching Stevens’ home, police used a drone and spotted multiple anomalies in his backyard.

    After Schwab’s remains were discovered in the refrigerator at Stevens’ home, the suspect admitted to hiding her body but claimed she died after falling in the shower.
