A Modesto family matriarch was killed in a tragic mauling incident involving her neighbor’s dogs on Thursday.

93-year-old Chanthy Philavong was attacked by two cane corse dogs belonging to her neighbor after the canines got loose.

Next door neighbor Jenece Dendulk said that the dogs were caught on surveillance camera at her front door before they attacked the victim.

“I recognized the dogs as our neighbor’s dogs,” she said. “All of a sudden, they take off and then I heard screaming, so I take off out the door and I hear the mom, and she’s screaming for help, and I see the grandma on the ground and the dogs have her.”
