Wisconsin toddler dies after getting tangled in bedroom blinds pull cord

The death of a 2-year-old Wisconsin boy is being investigated as a tragic accident after he was found tangled in the pull cord of bedroom blinds last week.

The Brown County Medical Examiner's Office determined that the boy died from asphyxiation on Thursday when he was found unconscious and not breathing at a home on the 600 block of Irwin Avenue in Green Bay.
