2 Chicago teens in stolen vehicle cause crash that killed 6-month-old boy

An Illinois child is dead after a deadly crash that was caused by two teens in a stolen vehicle late Sunday.

The stolen Hyundai crashed into a pickup truck carrying a 34-year-old woman and three children aged between 6 months old and 15 years old at about 5 p.m.

Authorities said that the 6-month-old baby boy, identified as Cristian Uvidia succumbed to injuries he sustained in the crash.

    The suspects, 14-year-old and 17-year-old boys, were also injured and hospitalized.

    They were charged with criminal trespass to a vehicle. More charges are expected.
