Body discovered at W. Virginia water treatment plant

Authorities in Martinsburg, West Virginia are investigating after employees at a local water treatment plant made the gore discovery of a lifeless human body on Thursday.

The body was found in a waste tank that is adjacent to the treatment facility shortly after employees arrived at work, police said on Facebook.

According to authorities, the waste tank where the body was found contains materials that are removed from water during purification processes.
