Cleveland news, Ohio news.

An Ohio couple was charged with murder Wednesday after they brought a starved dead child to a hospital two weeks ago.

Janicea Brooks, 24, and Collyn Green, 32, are accused of starving 5-year-old Kamryn Riley to death and waiting 48 hours before bringing her to UH Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital on March 22.

The Department of Children and Family Services identified Brooks as the child's biological mom adding that the woman suffered from mental illness “which she is not properly addressing.”
