Authorities in Mississippi arrested four suspects over the murder of an Arkansas teen whose body was located in the State's National Forest of Holly Springs earlier this month.
High school senior Fredarrious Wilson went mysteriously missing on March 4 after leaving his West Memphis home to watch a movie with a classmate.
Wislon's body was found after investigators tracked down his phone's last signal to the Mississippi forest and searched the area for hours.
District Attorney Jay Hale announced Thursday that suspects Alicia Jackson, 22; Brandon Jackson, 23; Bralin Jackson, 23; and Devin Smith, 27, were arrested and charged with murder in connection to Wilson's death.
“Sheriff Jerimaine Gooch and his deputies worked extremely hard and put long hours into this case. I can't say enough about their work on this case,” Hale said.
“The West Memphis Police Department was also a huge help.”
Hale added that Wilson “knows at least one of the suspects”.
