San Francisco man arrested for operating narcotics lab that exploded, killing woman in 3-alarm fire

Authorities in San Francisco said that Thursday's three-alarm fire that killed a woman and hurt another person may have been triggered by an illegal narcotics lab in the building.

Police arrested Darron Price, 53, on charges of involuntary manslaughter, manufacturing illegal narcotics, and child endangerment over the deadly blaze.
