Orange County news, Florida news.

A Florida woman was allegedly randomly shooting at passing vehicles earlier this month when she fatally struck a young mother, Orange County authorities said.

Angila Baxter, 56, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder over the Jan. 12 killing of 27-year-old Nekaybaw Collier.

The victim was found unresponsive in her vehicle at around 7 p.m. in the 5200 block of North Powers Drive. She later died at a hospital.

An autopsy revealed Collier died from gunshot wounds with bullets from Baxter's revolver found in her body.
