Hawaii fisherman remains unaccounted for 2 days after going overboard while hooking big tuna

The Coast Guard and Hawaii Fire Department continue their search for a fisherman who went overboard Sunday while hooking a “huge” tuna off the Hawaii coast.

Mark Knittle, 63, remains missing two days after he fell overboard roughly four miles off the coast. His friend heard him say “this fish is huge” before the fall.

    The search for Knittle continues off Honaunau's west coast. The Coast Guard is using a cutter and aircraft while the Hawaii Fire Department agents are looking for the missing man using boats.
