Authorities in High Point, NC said that five people including three juveniles were found dead in a home early Saturday morning when two other residents managed to escape and sought help.

The incident occurred in the 2700 block of Mossy Meadow Drive inside a family home where four adults and three children lived, according to neighbors.

The survivors of the apparent murder-suicide ran to their neighbors' home ringing the doorbell unstoppably and screaming for help.

“I just decided to call 911 because I was like I'll just leave it up to them because I don't want to put my life or my family's life at risk,” the neighbor said.
