A McKinney, Texas father is accused of repeatedly stabbing his 9-year-old son at the family's garage Friday.
A neighbor called 911 after the mother of the victim found him unresponsive and bleeding at around 4 p.m.
Officers responded to the 700 block of Anson Court residence where they found the father “in the act of inflicting self-harm with a knife.”

The suspect was arrested and transported to an area hospital for treatment. He is set to face capital murder charges.
The boy, who sustained multiple stab wounds, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
An investigation into the incident, deemed domestic in nature, was launched. The child and father's identities were not made public.
