Two juveniles busted on attempted murder charges after shooting at Sonic, critically wounding boy

Authorities in Tennessee said that two juveniles were arrested on attempted murder charges after they fired shots at a Sonic last week, wounding a boy.

The incident occurred at around 3 p.m. on Nov. 30 when a grey Mercedes with several occupants stopped near Kirby High School and someone fired shots at the Sonic.

    Investigators have since determined that the suspects knew the victim and labeled the shooting as targeted.

    Two 16-year-old boys were charged over the incident. They face attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, vandalism, and other charges.
