A Florida man confessed to fatally stabbing his mother earlier this week providing an odd reason for the murder, authorities said.
Matthew Sisley, 21, admitted to stabbing his mother to death on November 29 inside their Kissimmee residence where he also “accidentally” injured his sister.
He then told a detective that the victim “never pushed [him] to be a man” when asked why he committed such a heinous crime.
Sisley added that he did not regret killing his mother and that he “would do it again”.
A neighbor of the family said that there were no known domestic issues in the household recalling the moment he saw the bleeding victim screaming for help.
“I saw my neighbor, the lady, coming out of the house, screaming like, ‘Help, help, help,’ with her hands over here, holding her stomach, her hands full of blood.”
