A Texas woman is charged with murder after she broke into her neighbor’s home on Tuesday and fatally shot her.

The victim, identified as Angie Moore, called the police to report that her 50-year-old neighbor Cynthia Ming broke into her residence noting that she would shoot her if threatened.

But Ming told detectives that she managed to take the 45-year-old woman’s gun and use it to kill her. Ming was covered in blood when officers arrived.
