Authorities in West Palm Beach, Florida believe that the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old boy was not a random act.
The juvenile and a 16-year-old boy were shot in the parking lot of an apartment building in the 5100 block of Carribean Boulevard shortly after 9:45 p.m. Friday.

Witnesses reported seeing the older teen running to the building’s front door after he sustained mortal gunshot wounds and collapsed.
He and the second victim were rushed to a hospital by people but the 17-year-old boy couldn’t be saved.
