New York City news, New York news.

New York authorities have identified the body that was tossed on a Brooklyn driveway Monday night as a 28-year-old construction worker from Queens.

Phil Guarino’s family was looking for him after he failed to return home. He was last seen late Sunday driving a black 2020 Mercedes in Howard Beach.

“He has not returned home to feed his pets nor has he contacted his friends family or his employer,” a Facebook post about the missing man read.
