New York authorities have identified the body that was tossed on a Brooklyn driveway Monday night as a 28-year-old construction worker from Queens.
Phil Guarino’s family was looking for him after he failed to return home. He was last seen late Sunday driving a black 2020 Mercedes in Howard Beach.
“He has not returned home to feed his pets nor has he contacted his friends family or his employer,” a Facebook post about the missing man read.
“We have no answers, we don’t know what’s going on,” the victim’s aunt said later on.
Guarino’s manner and cause of death have yet to be determined but a shadowy surveillance video showed a
suspect discarding his body on a Dyker Heights driveway.
“Thanks everyone for sharing this…unfortunately Phil was found and he had made his way to heaven. Please pray for his family.”
