A Fogelsville, Pennsylvania man is dead after being strangled by his 18-foot pet boa constrictor Wednesday.

The bizarre incident occurred at Elliot Senseman’s home when a terrified relative called 911 at around 2 p.m. to report that the 27-year-old man was in cardiac arrest with the giant snake squeezing around his neck.

“A boa constrictor-type snake approximately 18 feet in length constricted around the neck of Mr. Senseman, thus causing the anoxic brain injury (complete lack of oxygen to the brain),” the coroner’s office said, ruling the manner

    “Everything he did was for other people,” the grieving mom added. “Even the damn snakes, he was rescuing them for people who couldn’t take care of them.”
