Rapper Kodak Black in custody after Oxycodone pills, $75K in cash seized in his car

Florida authorities have busted Rapper Kodak Black after discovering oxycodone pills and over $75,000 in cash in his car during a routine traffic stop Friday afternoon.

The artist, born Bill Kahan Kapri, was allegedly carrying 31 oxycodone pills and the cash while driving with an expired license a vehicle with dark-tinted windows and expired registration that startled Florida Highway Patrol

    Troopers took Black into custody and booked him into the Broward County Jail. Prior to the incident, he was set to perform at Miami’s Rolling Loud Weekend on July 22.

    The Florida native’s success started in 2014 with his single “No Flockin” three years before he ended up number three on the Billboard 200 chart with his album “Painting Pictures”. In 2018, his second album “Dying to Live” topped the ranking.
