The husband of “One Tree Hill” star Bevin Prince, William Friend, was fatally struck by lightning during a storm on Sunday.
The 33-year-old man was found unresponsive on a boat and all attempts to revive him went futile for 20 minutes before he was declared dead.
On her Instagram account, Prince’s friend actress Odette Annable mourned Friend’s sudden death, describing the British entrepreneur as always willing to “help people, build his business and find happiness.“
“Being here with Bevin, hearing her share stories about you and your love breaks my heart for her because she lost the love of her life and the world lost a really, really good one.”
Prince and Friend tied the knot in 2016. In 2019, they launched Recess by Bevin Prince where she works as a fitness trainer.
