Roseville news, Michigan news.

A Michigan baby died this week after his mom’s neighbor slammed his head into the wall while his mom worked, police said.

Kimora Launmei Hodges, 21, is said to be “very remorseful” after she caused 1-year-old Kyri fatal brain injuries when she was supposed to care for him.

“Once I made it there my baby was on the ground having seizure, after seizure, after seizure,” the child’s devastated mom, Taylor Starks, said.

Hodges called Starks to tell her that Kyri wasn’t looking fine; the mom rushed the baby to a hospital where he later died.

“He had blunt force trauma to the head and he was bleeding out his ears and had to have immediate brain surgery,” Starks said.

Hodges admitted to assaulting the boy. She is facing upgraded charges following Kyri’s death.
