A 19-year-old TikTok star was found dead late Thursday in the parking lot of a Los Angeles mall hours after posting a chilling video about dying young.
Cooper Noriega was days shy of turning 20 years old and boasted almost two million followers on TikTok.
The teen was spotted unconscious by a passerby who then called the police; paramedics were quick to arrive at the scene but couldn’t save Noriega.
Police added that the TikToker was not in a car at the time of his death and that he had no signs of trauma. No foul play is suspected.
Weeks ahead of the tragedy, Cooper filled his social media accounts with posts about his ex-girlfriend Sabrina Quesada and what he called their “healthy break-up.”
His last post depicted him laying in bed, with the caption: “Who else be thinking the going to die young af.”
