Casey White’s attorney says mentally ill fugitive may likely be off-medication

A former lawyer for Casey White, the murder suspect who vanished last weekend with the help of his jailer Vicky White, fears the man may be off-medication and therefore, become even more dangerous to himself and the community.

“When Casey is on his medication and in jail in a structured environment, Casey’s an alright guy,” Attorney Dale Bryant said.

  • “You’d never know he was a danger because he’s medicated and in a structured environment.”

    But Bryant reveals that the prisoner who once tried to kill his girlfriend would try to self-medicate using meth which could turn him into a suicidal, dangerous individual.

    “Because even if you don’t have a mental illness and you’re on methamphetamine, you become paranoid, irrational, impulsive, and if you take someone with mental illness, it just exacerbates that.”
