The parents of a 15-year-old boy who set his family home ablaze on Easter Sunday killing his 10-year-old sister are now sought for child cruelty after detectives learned more about the deplorable conditions the children were living.
William Linn McCue, 47, and Carina Wisniewski McCue, 38, have been charged with first and second-degree cruelty to children and false imprisonment. They were last seen at the Hometown Suites in Lawrenceville.
The charges against the couple who lost one of their five children in the tragic fire with another charged with arson and murder came after police learned the children were locked inside the home for extended periods of time and didn’t attend school.
They also discovered during the arson investigation that the charred home had no functioning toilets, showers, or sinks.
