Utah authorities have arrested a 74-year-old woman on animal cruelty charges after they discovered 15 dead dogs stuffed inside a freezer at her Eagle Mountain home.

The woman was not identified but the Utah County Sheriff’s Office said that she had been involved in a similar case in 2018 when police took 14 live dogs from her.

On March 3, neighbors of the woman called police to ask them to check on her pets since she had been hospitalized for a while leaving them unattended.
