Massive winter storm Quinlan is set to hit Northeastern states over the weekend, bringing 90mph winds and heavy rain, before it is expected to reach the bomb cyclone status.
Millions of Americans will be affected by Quinlan that is also expected to dump a foot of snow in some states and down tree limbs and power lines with strong winds starting Saturday.

Winter warnings were issued in Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky, and Mississippi.
The storm will likely become a bomb cyclone as it gradually strengthens across the Eastern Seaboard.
“Winds across the entire East Coast will be very gusty Saturday and Saturday night,” AccuWeather warned.
