Authorities in San Diego are actively looking for a man accused of shoving another into an oncoming train early Saturday morning, killing him.
According to witnesses, both men were walking along the platform at the Old Town Station after 6 a.m. after leaving the southbound train when the assailant, without provocation, shoved the victim to his death.
The unidentified victim hit the side of an arriving train and suffered severe trauma to his upper body. He died at the scene.
Police described the suspect as a man with a thin build, standing between 5 feet 7 and 5 feet 9. He was wearing black clothes during the incident.
