The first court appearance of Sean Charles Greer on Wednesday went chaotic when he entered into an altercation with a corrections deputy.

The 27-year-old stands accused of a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed two children and wounded four others earlier this week.

Greer was handcuffed as he entered the courtroom, led by a deputy before he pushed back the official saying “You can’t make me…” as he fought him.

The suspect had to be escorted out of the courtroom to continue the proceedings; he was booked to jail Tuesday evening.

Greer had reportedly admitted to the crash, claiming that he ran away because he was on probation.

“How can you run someone over, even an animal, get out and look and then get back in the car and keep going?” a witness asked.
