Fairfax County, Virginia authorities identified on Friday the “shopping cart” serial killer who had been linked to at least four murders in DC and Alexandria area.

Anthony Robinson, 35, is believed to be the cold-blooded murderer who lured the four victims to their deaths at Fairfax County and Harrisonburg motels where he proceeded to kill and dismember them.

“Our Shopping Cart Killer does unspeakable things with his victims,” Police Chief Kevin Davis said.
