Kenosha news, Wisconsin news.

The prosecution in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has rested its case Tuesday after calling two experts to testify and give jurors chilling details of the victims’ fatal wounds inflicted by the defendant.

Forensic Imaging Specialist James Armstrong showed the jury an enhanced aerial drone video of the shooting scene of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, who appeared far from Rittenhouse before he was shot dead.

Then came the graphic testimony of Doug Kelley, the Assistant Medical Examiner who conducted the autopsies of Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, the second man killed by Rittenhouse.

Rittenhouse’s defense began its case with Nicholas Smith and JoAnn Fielder who both were present at the night of the shootings to help “protect homes and businesses” from looters.

Fielder testified that she had heard Rosenbaum threatening to kill them and “cut their hearts out” and described a “shocked” Rittenhouse repeatedly saying he had shot someone but had to do it.
