The judge presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial has dismissed a second juror Friday reducing the panel to only 18 members.

Judge Bruce Schroeder said that panel member No. 27 was “experiencing some mild discomfort, she’s pregnant and requests to be dismissed and I granted that request with the consent of the attorneys.”

“There’s 18 of us,” he concluded.

Yesterday, the judge had to dismiss another juror who had made a joke about Jacob Blake while leaving the court.

“I’m going to summarize what I remember, what I was told. He was telling a joke…he told the officer…he made a reference about telling a joke about ‘Why did it take seven shots to shoot Jacob Blake’, something to that effect,” the judge said.
