Milwaukee news, Wisconsin news.

Milwaukee Police said Thursday that the body of a 3-year-old boy was located in a dumpster, days after his mother was shot to death.

Major Harris was for this entire week the subject of an Amber Alert after he disappeared on October 9. Five days later, his slain mom’s body was found in the yard of a home where she did not reside.

Police were able to name Jaheem Clark, 20, as the suspect in the murder of Mallery Muenzenberger, 25, and the disappearance of Major.

Investigators received information that led them to Major’s remains after questioning “people of interest” within the last few hours.

It was revealed that Muezenberger and her killer knew each other: the victim’s family had stated that the mom’s death was the result of “domestic violence.”

“Her son was her life – her joy – her purpose, her future. She loved her family,” they added.
