3 men dead, infant wounded in shooting at Meridian home

A Tuesday shooting at a Meridian home had left three men dead and an injured infant, Mississippi State authorities revealed.

Officers discovered the men suffering gunshot wounds at around 3:15 p.m. before pronouncing two dead at the scene.

A third victim succumbed to his injuries at a Jackson hospital. All three men were shot several times.

    Police said that they were initially alerted to the triple homicide scene at a residence in the 2000 block of 17th Street after a 911 caller reported seeing blood.
