Alabama authorities said Saturday morning that four people were killed in a tragic crash that occurred on “bloody highway 98” in Semmes, outside Mobile.
The deadly accident unfolded at around 4 a.m. at Lakeside Drive, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Officials confirmed describing the crash as “significant.”

The traffic on the involved and surrounding area has been temporarily rerouted around Big Creek Lake as detectives processed the scene.
Identities of the victims have not been released pending next-of-kin notification. There was no immediate information about possible injuries.
The cause of the crash is being determined as the agency still investigates the deadly crash.
