Utah authorities said Sunday that the alleged shooter of University football player Aaron Lowe is behind bars thanks to witnesses’ tips.

Buk M. Buk, 22, was arrested in Draper early Sunday morning, nearly a week after he opened fire at a Salt Lake City house party killing the 21-year-old player and critically wounding a woman who is still fighting for her life at a hospital.
