The mom of two children found decapitated in December at a Lancaster home was arrested this week and charged with murder.
44-year-old Natalie Brothwell is the mom of a 13-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy who had been decapitated by their physical therapist dad Maurice Taylor Sr.

The slayings left the Lancaster community in shock after authorities responding to reports of a gas leak at the home stumbled upon the teens’ bodies.
Brothwell has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of felony child endangerment on Wednesday.
Taylor, who is facing murder and child abuse charges, is being held on a $4.2 million bail as he awaits his next court appearance on November 10.
