Raymond Police identified the victim of a fatal accident that occurred at a Walmart distribution facility on Sept. 16.

At around 10 a.m., 54-year-old James Tomilson was inspecting a warehouse tractor-trailer when another truck “lunged forward” pinning him between the two, killing him.

“I can tell you that James was one of the most thoughtful, honest, and caring individuals a person could know,” Police Chief Michael Labell said.
