The driver of a vehicle who had just crashed into a parked car had reportedly shot three people who ran to her rescue late Wednesday night.
Police said that the woman, in her 20s or 30s, was speeding before crashing into another car prompting the three victims to rush to her side.
But once they approached her, the driver produced a gun and fired several shots at the would-be Good Samaritans. She was herself gunned down by a neighbor who witnessed the incident.
San Antonio Police said that a 50-year-old man died at the hospital while a woman and a teen were left with critical injuries.
Authorities did not immediately identify the deceased driver or her victims pending the investigation results.
