Maine authorities have arrested a couple after their baby girl nearly died of a drug overdose late last month.
Taezja DiPietro, 22; and Zachary Borg, 26; were arrested and charged with furnishing drugs to a minor, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon of a child, and possession of fentanyl.
Their 11-month-old girl was found on cardiac arrest at 9:17 a.m. on June 26. Penobscot County Sheriff’s deputies and Corinna Fire Personnel attempted life-saving measures and rushed her to a hospital.
