Suspicious death: Missing Texas man found dead one block away from girlfriend’s home where he was last seen

A Texas man who went missing Tuesday after visiting his girlfriend has been found one block away from her residence but deceased.

The body of Julian Issac was not officially identified but the Houston Police Department’s detectives said that they were “pretty certain” the remains are him.

The 29-year-old was found dead at around 1 p.m. Saturday when a resident at the 11800 block of Teaneck Drive went investigating an overwhelming foul odor.

Authorities said no signs of foul play were immediately reported but the department is investigating the death as “suspicious.”

    He was initially described as wearing a black T-shirt, black denim jeans, and tan combat boots. He had buzzed dark brown hair and tattoos on the head and neck.
