Cleveland news, Ohio news.

Moments after a judge ruled him innocent; the brother of Olympic champion Simone Biles was attacked by the mom of one of the case’s victims, apparently convinced he was the killer.

“You have to be kidding me,” the emotional mom said before charging at Tevin Biles-Thomas who was acquitted in the 2018 triple-murder that claimed her son’s life.

“He killed my baby! You know he killed my baby!” she shouted as three sheriff’s deputies held her back.

Biles-Thomas’ attorney Joseph Patituce said that the woman’s reaction to the acquittal was comprehensible given that throughout all these years, she’d been taking his client for the murderer.

The Dec. 31, 2018 shooting at an Airbnb party left three men dead. They were identified as Toshaun Banks, 21; Devaughn Gibson, 23; and 19-year-old Delvante Johnson, the grieving woman’s son.

“She lost a son and we understand, and we respect the fact that she has suffered horribly, her family has suffered horribly, just like the other families, including Mr. Biles,” Patituce said.

“I mean, Mr. Biles’ own cousin was murdered in this case and he had to sit there and stand trial with the accusation that he was responsible, murdered his own cousin, which simply wasn’t true.”
