Las Vegas news, Nevada news.

A Las Vegas man, who initially denied any involvement in his girlfriend’s child death, had ultimately admitted to killing the toddler and led police to his remains.

Amari Nicholson, 2, was found buried next to the Emerald Suites building in Las Vegas where he was staying with his mom’s boyfriend Terrell Rhodes when he vanished on May 6.

Rhodes first told detectives Amari’s mom had told him someone was going to pick up the child before she left for Colorado, something the mother later confirmed.

“He did this, he never said anything to me about his involvement,” Amari’s mom wrote in a Facebook post she later deleted. “I trusted him and he betrayed me. My son comes first before anybody!!”
