DeSoto news, Texas news.

An innocent Texas man was gunned down at a balloon-release ceremony of a shooting victim, and the gunman is no other than the decedent’s brother.

22-year-old Norman Christopher Collier IV read erroneous Facebook posts incriminating Kolby Marquise Graham as the killer of his brother.

Collier’s younger brother Camran was shot and killed on April 22 while sitting in his car. The grieving suspect mistakenly believed Graham was his sibling’s shooter.
